BurnX™ First Aid Burn Gel with 2.1% Lidocaine is extremely effective for relieving the pain from minor burns and skin irritations. Water based and water soluble BurnX™ allows the heat to release from the wound, unlike petroleum based products. Its uses include pain relief from minor burns, sunburn, insect bites, skin irritations and the added ingredients included in BurnX™ starts the healing process immediately after the first application.
