Is there an AllTravelSizes.com retail store in my area?

No. We do not have retail stores, we only sell our products through our Internet store.

Are your website and checkout process secure?

Yes. AllTravelSizes.com is hosted by Big Commerce on their secure shopping cart platform. The following is a description of steps AllTravelSizes.com takes to protect your information from misuse when ordering through or online store.

  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL): AllTravelSizes.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed in most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time AllTravelSizes.com asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted.
  • PCI Compliance: AllTravelSizes.com is certified PCI-compliant. PCI outlines a standard for security procedures for merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data.

When will my order be processed and when can I expect my shipment to arrive?

We make every effort to ship all U.S orders within one business day and International orders within two business days. Many times U.S. orders received early in the day (ET) will ship the same day, however this is not guaranteed. Although we offer expedited shipping options, please be aware that selection of an expedited shipping method affects transit time only and not our normal order processing times. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected. See the Shipping Information section below for more details or click here to calculate your estimated delivery date. You will receive an e-mail notification containing the tracking information when the order is shipped.

Why are some of your items only able to be shipped via UPS Ground?

Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

Although we offer expedited shipping options, please be aware that selection of an expedited shipping method affects transit time only and not our normal order processing times. Please click here to go to the information on Expedited Shipping in our Shipping Policies and Information section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently only to Canada, U.S. Territories, & Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to other international destinations is currently suspended.  Please click here to go to the information on International Shipping in our Shipping Policies and Information section.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free Ground shipping for orders of $40 or more shipping to destinations within the contiguous U.S. and military addresses. Please click here for details.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, via USPS only.  UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, via USPS Priority Mail (some items excluded).

How is my order packaged for shipment?

Our staff is very careful to ensure items are packed in a manner to prevent them from being damaged in shipment. Since our items are fairly small, some items are sealed in plastic polybags as needed to keep smaller items together and also to prevent items from leaking and damaging other items in the shipment.

Can I have my order shipped directly to my hotel or travel destination?

What size containers can I take in airline carry-on luggage?

All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in travel size (3.4 ounce (100ml) or smaller) containers. Please see full details of the TSA regulations for airline carry-ons at http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/3-1-1-carry-ons

What do the "TSA Friendly" icons next to the product descriptions mean?

These icons are provided as guidance to our customers on which liquid, gel, and aerosol products on our website comply with the TSA 3-1-1 rules for airline carry-on luggage. However, these are provided as guidance only and AllTravelSizes, LLC cannot be responsible for decisions or judgments made by TSA agents regarding these products.

Can I purchase the large sizes of any of the items you sell?

Sorry, we only stock and sell travel size items.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped to Pennsylvania will have 6% state sales tax added to applicable items based on taxability laws of Pennsylvania. Orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax.

Do you have a catalog?

Since we are constantly updating our product line, we do not offer a printed catalog. Our AllTravelSizes.com website is essentially our electronic catalog.

Do you offer donations of your products?

We get requests everyday for product donations from many worthy organizations. Unfortunately, we do not offer donations of our products at this time. However, we do offer discounted retail pricing for bulk purchases by the case. Feel free to contact us for details.

Can I get a free sample of a product?

Sorry, we do not provide free samples of our products. However, we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding specific products.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or discounts for large purchases?

We are not a wholesaler, however we do offer discounted retail pricing for bulk purchases by the case. Our bulk purchase discounts are based on the number of full cases purchased. Since the number of products in a case varies greatly by item, please contact us for details on case counts and discounts available on specific products.

Where do the products you sell come from?

We purchase our products through wholesale distributors and direct from the manufacturer. Our entire product line is stored in our warehouse ready to be packed and shipped when you place your order.

What happens when you are out of stock on an item?
We try to keep sufficient quantities of product in our warehouse based on the expected demand. Unfortunately, from time to time we may be out of stock on some items due to a large order, an unexpected increase in demand, or unavailability of the product from our suppliers. In these instances, we do our best to get the product back into inventory as quickly possible but in the meantime you will be unable to order the product since we do not allow backorders.

Why is the quantity shown in the shopping cart less than the quantity I selected?

We do not allow backorders, so our website will only permit our customers to order what is currently in stock. Upon placing items into the shopping cart, if the requested quantity is not available, the quantity is automatically adjusted to the maximum quantity in stock. A message is also displayed at the top of the shopping cart screen to indicate that the quantity requested was not available and the quantity has been adjusted.

Do any of the food products sold at AllTravelSizes.com need to be refrigerated?

No. All of the food items we carry are "shelf stable" and don't require refrigeration prior to opening.

How do I know when the product I purchased will expire?

The expiration dates are determined based on the production date of the product and the manufacturer's estimated shelf life for each product. Merchandise that is subject to expiration has the expiration date stamped on the package by the manufacturer.

Who do I contact if I manufacture or wholesale a product that would be a good fit for AllTravelSizes.com?

Shipping Policies and Information:


Free Ground Shipping - Orders $40 and Over Only

All contiguous U.S. & military APO/FPO orders of $40 or more(excluding sales tax) are eligible for free Ground shipping. (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories do not qualify for free shipping).  AllTravelSizes.com reserves the right to ship "Free Shipping" orders using various shipping methods depending on the size, weight, or contents of the order.  The shipping method selected for these orders may be different than the method selected by the customer at checkout.

Orders Not Qualifying for Free Shipping

For U.S. & military APO/FPO orders which don't qualify for free shipping such as orders under $40 or orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, AllTravelSizes.com provides a "USPS Flat Rate" option. This shipping option is a flat fee which includes shipping & handling charges and is generally more cost effective and faster than UPS Ground to most destinations. The only restrictions with this option are that the contents of the order must not exceed the dimensions of one USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box (11" x 8.5" x 5.5") and the order must not contain any items designated as 'UPS Ground Only'. Due to the small size of our items, most orders under $40 will meet the box dimension requirement. This option is ONLY valid for orders being shipped within the U.S. or to military APO/FPO addresses (Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territories are eligible for this shipping option). USPS Priority Mail does not have guaranteed timelines for delivery but generally takes 1 - 3 days in transit depending on the destination. USPS will deliver to P.O. boxes and also delivers on Saturdays.

Shipping to Your Travel Destination

AllTravelSizes.com will ship your order directly to your hotel or travel destination. Be sure to indicate, in your Ship-to address during checkout, to "Hold for {Name}" and include the dates you will be at the hotel in the Comment box during checkout so we can be sure your package arrives in time. For example "Arriving at Lakeside Hotel 12/20/14 - Hold for John Smith". IMPORTANT: If ordering less than 6 business days from destination arrival, be sure to select an expedited shipping option that will guarantee on time arrival assuming AllTravelSizes.com will require 1 business day to pack and ship your order.

Expedited Shipping:

Several expedited shipping options are available via UPS at the expense of the customer. See below for more detail on these options. During the checkout process, once you select any UPS shipping option and click Apply, you will be presented with the UPS rates and delivery time estimates for each option. Please note UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Overnight orders shipped on Friday are delivered Monday while 2nd day orders shipped on Friday are delivered Tuesday.

Processing of U.S. Shipments

We make every attempt to ship all U.S. orders within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend will generally be processed the following Monday.

Processing of International Shipments

International orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will generally be processed by the following Tuesday. International shipping options and costs are presented during checkout. Please see below for the list of countries that we ship to. Note: International shipping costs cover transportation only. The customer is responsible for any additional accessorial charges such as customs, duties, licenses, fees, taxes, etc. The customer is also responsible for adherence to local laws and regulations.

We ship to the following countries outside of the U.S.:

American Samoa; Canada; Federated States of Micronesia; Guam; Marshall Islands; Northern Mariana Islands; Palau; Puerto Rico; U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses; Virgin Islands (U.S.)

International Shipping Options

Multiple International shipping options are available from both UPS and USPS (U.S. Postal Service). Generally, the USPS options will be more cost effective. Transit times vary but typically USPS International Express Mail takes 3-5 business days in transit and USPS International Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days in transit.

Holidays

AllTravelSizes.com does not process orders or ship on the following federal holidays due to the U.S Postal Service and/or UPS being closed. Orders will be processed on the next regular business day following the designated holiday.

ORM-D Consumer Commodity Shipping - UPS Ground Only Items

Some of the items sold by AllTravelSizes.com are designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as hazardous materials that present a low risk of hazard during transportation due to their contents being flammable or under pressure. Therefore, these items are restricted to shipment via UPS ground service. Some examples are hairspray, perfume/cologne, hand sanitizers, nail polish remover (acetone), aerosol shaving cream, and other aerosol products. These items have ORMD at the end of their SKU number and are identified on the AllTravelSizes.com website in the Other Details section of the item page as follows:

What does the ORM-D Consumer Commodity Designation Mean?

ORM-D stands for "Other Regulated Material - Domestic" and is a designation assigned by the U.S. Department of Transportation for shipment of certain types of hazardous materials. The proper shipping name for all ORM-D material that is packaged in a form intended or suitable for retail sale is "ORM-D Consumer Commodity."


Why can't you ship ORM-D Consumer Commodity items by air?

Due to the potential for a catastrophic event as a result of pressures at high altitudes, and the fact that some air shipments travel in cargo holds of planes that also carry passengers, the U.S. Department of Transportation has strict restrictions on the shipment by air of any hazardous materials, including ORM-D Consumer Commodities. In order to ship items considered to be hazardous materials by air, including ORM-D Consumer Commodity items, the shipper must be licensed as a hazardous materials shipper and must comply with special packaging, labeling, and paperwork required for these shipments. Since AllTravelSizes.com does not have the licensing required to do so, we will not ship these items by air. AllTravelSizes.com is committed to the safety of our carriers and the public at large.


How do you ship orders that include ORM-D Consumer Commodity items?

Orders containing items classified as an ORM-D Consumer Commodity, will only be shipped via UPS Ground. All other UPS services are considered air shipments and the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as an air shipment. AllTravelSizes.com does not offer ground shipment via U.S.P.S. parcel post due to the lengthy delivery time and inability to track the shipment. Therefore, orders containing ORM-D Consumer Commodity items will not be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. As a result, these items cannot be included in orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
If your order contains ORM-D Consumer Commodity items in addition to other items, the entire order will be shipped via UPS Ground (even if you selected an expedited shipping method). Since we do not allow split shipments, we recommend that you place all ORM-D Consumer Commodity items on a separate order if you require faster shipping of your other items.


Will you ship ORM-D Consumer Commodity items to destinations outside of the 48 contiguous U.S states and Canada?
No. Since UPS transports shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and all International destinations (except Canada) as airfreight, ORM-D Consumer Commodity items cannot be included in orders shipped to any of these locations.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:


If you wish to cancel an order, you must immediately email CustomerService@AllTravelSizes.com to request the cancellation. Once an order is processed for shipping, it is not able to be cancelled.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, returns of food products and oral medication products will not be accepted for any reason. All other products, still in saleable condition, are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Defective products are also eligible for return or exchange.

Prior to returning an item, you must email CustomerService@AllTravelSizes.com to request authorization and receive instructions on processing your return. Please include your contact information, quantity and description the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once you receive authorization and the returned product is received by AllTravelSizes.com, we will issue a credit to the original credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase. The credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) and sales tax if applicable. Credit for shipping and handling charges associated with the returned item(s) is at the discretion of AllTravelSizes.com and will be determined based on the reason for the return.

AllTravelSizes, LLC shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should AllTravelSizes, LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Refusal of Service

AllTravelSizes,LLC, its parents, and/or subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel Customer orders at its discretion, including and without limitation, if AllTravelSizes, LLC believes that Customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of AllTravelSizes, LLC, its parents, and/or subsidiaries.

The AllTravelSizes.com website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties.
